Windmill Festival Ground Rules

1. No Alcohol can be brought into the festival grounds.
2. No glass containers.
3. No weapons.
4. All coolers/bags will be searched.
5. Sun Umbrellas will only be allowed on the outside edges and rear of the concert. Umbrellas CANNOT block the view of the stage.
6. No ATVs, golf carts, or other motorized vehicles allowed without prior approval.
7. No pets on festival grounds.
8. Minors with alcohol with be removed from the festival grounds and wristbands will be taken.
9. The Comstock Windmill Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating the festival, facility, local, state, or federal laws or policies, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.
10. Patrons entering the facility are subject to having their image and/or likeness reproduced to promotional and or/publicity purposes in the Festival photography and/or webcasts by the Festival contractor or partner of the Festival.
